Suites Policies

• We accommodate children over the age of 5
• No baby cots or extra beds can be provided
• Exceeding the maximum number of guests, as specified for each room category, is not allowed. The property reserves the right to cancel bookings where the number of guests exceeds the declared room capacity, regardless of age
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in
• Smoking is not permitted indoors or in the pool area
• Pets are not allowed
• Check-in: from 15:00   /   Check-out: by 11:00

For reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required (25% upon booking, 25% at the end of cancellation period)

The remaining balance is settled upon check-in

Accepted payment methods:

• Debit/Credit card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)
• Wire Transfer

• If cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged
• If cancelled later, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
• In case of a no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged as cancellation fees
• In case of early departure before the scheduled checkout date, the property will charge 100% of the remaining stay
